About Kevin Le, DPT
I grew up in Oregon and began my journey in endurance sport in high school. I wasn’t a particularly talented athlete as a member of the JV squad, but I developed a strong interest in human performance, anatomy, and physiology before college.
I started racing triathlons and coaching triathletes during my undergraduate education in exercise science at Oregon State University, where I wrote my honors thesis on strength training for endurance athletes. I then went to Utah for my Doctorate of Physical Therapy. And now, I help athletes perform their best via high performance coaching, physiology testing, and injury rehabilitation. I place a heavy emphasis on strength training when it comes to rehab.
As a competitive endurance athlete myself, I understand the demands of serious training. I’ve raced three Ironmans and countless shorter events, spending the past 10 years balancing training, recovery, and life outside of triathlon. That firsthand experience shapes how I work with athletes and active individuals alike. I’ve had the pleasure to work with athletes from complete beginners to marathon and Ironman first-timers to nationally-ranked professional triathletes.
My goal is to provide individualized care that helps people stay active, train with confidence, and continue progressing toward the goals that matter most to them.
I currently live in Tualatin with my partner, Batya (pictured in many of the photos on the website), and three cats. As a many of too many hobbies, I grew up playing soccer and violin. I cooked in a farm-to-table restaurant before attending PT school in Salt Lake City. Now, I enjoy woodworking — (custom furniture available as well)!.
Yes, those are our cats on my finish line flag.
